Customer Service Representative | Customer Success
Requirements:
• Can you deliver exceptional service to customers who call in looking for answers to questions? Are you also an active listener who can leverage probing questions to provide solutions? Do you have an enthusiastic personality and a strong attention to detail?
• We're Kings Auto Rental, and we're seeking individuals to join our team as Customer Service Reps on a full/part-time, work-from-home basis. Join us, and you will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
• Salary starting at $20.00/38.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions
• Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress
• Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat)
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree a plus
• Have U.S. Work authorization
Responsibilities:
• Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multitasking, as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
• Process customer orders and ensure prompt and accurate responses.
